At Vittra Rösjötorp in Sollentuna, we have extra focus on international issues, language and diversity through our international profile. This means an increased awareness of global topics, involvement in international days and bilingual teaching. This gives our students a broader view of the world and its cultures.

Why international profile?

We believe it is important for our students to learn about the world around them. Through our international profile, students get the opportunity to learn about different countries, their traditions, languages and cultures. This promotes an increased understanding, tolerance and respect for diversity. The students' everyday life is characterized by an extra focus on global and international themes. Through overarching projects and work linked to the UN's global goals, students get the opportunity to get involved in issues that extend beyond the walls of the classroom.

Bilingual teaching

Part of the international profile is our bilingual teaching. Already at preschool, we have activities in both Swedish and English, and in this way English becomes a natural part of everyday life for the children. Our staff knows both languages and all teaching is based on the Swedish curriculum.
