Educators are developers
All educators at Vittra Telefonplan is educational developers. As an educator you need to have a strong leadership because the children's knowledge and personal development must be given the support the child needs right then and there. What support and leadership you as an individual or group needs can vary from child to child, time to time from situation to situation. As an educator you have a responsibility to lead each child to reach their full potential.
Qualified teaching skills
Since we set out to develop new methods and work with 21st Century Skills (future competencies) this places requirements on a qualified educational competence. A skill that allows one the courage to develop new methods and evaluate the outcome of them.
Experts in digital learning
To gain power and performance when working with new media and one computer per student you need to have experiences from successful projects to make sure we start in the frontline and from there explore new pioneering projects. We need a deeper understanding of the media landscape as images, film, social media and the impact they have on learning. That gives us an opportunity to set off in full effect from the start.
Vittra and International Educators
To set our culture around our Vittra promises and frameworks we will have a couple of Vittras most valued educators onboard. Our aim is to recruit half of the educators with native English speakers to ensure we have a high standard as a bilingual school.
Education is a team work
All educators are complementary with their skills and we will work in teams around the children. We will work interdisciplinary and plan our work together with the children.
