How to apply

Here you can find information about costs, how to apply and application forms for the bilingual schools.

We accept children from all cultures and nationalities, the only stipulation being that the child has a Swedish personal number (is registered in a Swedish local authority) and that one of the parents is also a registered tax payer in Sweden. If you are applying from abroad and do not yet meet these requirements then please contact us for more information.

Tuition fees
It does not cost anything to attend our compulsory schools. There are no tuition fees. Funding comes from the school subsidy, allocated to all schools that are approved by the Swedish National Agency for Education.

For more information about the costs for pre-school and after school acitivities, please visit the local government website or contact the pre-school in question directly.

Application
You can find the application form and apply for our pre-schools and schools below or on each school's individual homepage. We accept children according to their date of application. Your queue date is the date on which we receive your application. Consequently your child will be offered admission according to his/her assigned queue date, with the exception of priority for siblings. Sibling priority is applicable only within the same school programme.

If you are interested, you are welcome to attend any of our pre-schools and schools for a guided tour and to meet with some of the staff. Information about these tours can be found on each school's individual homepages.

Below you can find the application form (in English) for each bilingual school:
