We want to create the best conditions for children and young people so that they can develop into responsible and aware citizens. Being an educator in Vittra gives you the opportunity to influence and contribute to the development of the children in our care. A Vittra pre-school or school is built up and specially adapted to our idea and way of working. Our premises are bright, open spaces that encourage learning and also interaction with one another.

At Vittra you will be working in teams with other motivated and committed colleagues. The team meets regularly for educational talks and to evaluate what has happened recently as well as to plan for the upcoming weeks and months.
To grow as an educator
For us it is important that employees can have the chance to grow and develop in their roles. We conduct annual recurrent training programs but also programs with a focus on what we specifically want to focus on during the year. As a new teacher in Vittra you will be helped by a mentor as well as be given the chance to attend Vittra introduction programs to familiarise you with our educational direction and how it can be put into practice. You will also be helped to create your own Individual Development Plan where you together with your school leader plan out your goals for the year.
